Fitness : your body hottest ever

FitnessDon't be lazy to move!. everyone would want a good body. I have 5 movements burn calories a decent try. body more sexy? sure !!!.....

following a tip-tip:

1.SQUAT WITH DUMBBELL
target: the thighs, buttocks

- Stand up straight open legs shoulder width apart. dumbel held beside the body.
- Lower your buttocks until your thighs are parallel to the floor, taking a breath. hold 2 count.
- Return to the starting position, exhaling. do 10 to 12 reps; 3 sets

2.CHEST FLYE
target: arms, chest, abdomen
- Stand up straight open legs shoulder width apart. dumbel hold the front chest.
- Open hand as she took a breath. hold 2 count.
- Keep your back straight. tighten your abdominal muscles. return to the starting position, exhaling. do 8 to 10 reps; 3 sets


3.TRICEPS EXTENSION
target: triceps, abdomen

- Stand up straight open legs shoulder width apart. keseinbangan body guard. dumbel hold with your right hand straight up.
- Bend your elbows up toward dumbel back, taking a breath. Return to the starting position.
- Do 10 to 12 reps; 3 sets. changing hands.

4.SHOULDER PRESS
target: shoulders, back

- Stand up straight open legs shoulder width apart. dumbel hold the 90-degree angle. tighten your stomach muscles, keep your back straight.
- Push straight up, exhaling, until your elbows almost straight. hold 2 count. Return to the starting position. do 10 to 12 reps; 3 sets.

5.KICK BACK
target: triceps, back

- Stand up straight open legs shoulder width apart. dumbel hold the body besides.
- Lower your body until almost parallel to the floor. watch your back so as not to bend. bend your elbows 90 degrees angle. straighten your arms backward, exhaling, until the hand is almost straight. hold 2 count
- Return to the starting position, taking a breath. do 8 to 10 reps; 3 sets

Hmmm, dari dulu pengen ikutan fitnes, cuma waktunya gak ada, sibuk kuliah dari pagi sampai sore...
