Various types of milk good for health

Milk nutritionI think, discussing milk only from cows only. whereas, many kinds of milk are even more beneficial to the body. then what if you are a vegetarian? do not be afraid! now many kinds of vegetable milk which is also healthy and beneficial. everything back to your choice, because I'm just giving facts healthyfrom animal and vegetable milk below.

1. ANIMAL MILK

Cow's milk: almost everyone from infants to adults need milk. drinks with this white color is often recommended by nutrition experts because it can provide the health effects on the body. yes, milk has nutrients and amino acids complete, so that could be the building blocks of the body. contribution to the milk proteins necessary for growth and maintain important parts of the body, such as enzymes, hormones, tissues, and helps the process of metabolism. not only that, the power of the immune system, bones, and teeth come up.

Nutritional: a glass of cow's milk containing 100 ml contains 69 calories of energy; 5.2 grams carbohydrates; 3.7 grams of fat; 3.3 grams protein; 158 IU of vitamin A, 2 IU of vitamin D, and 125 mg of calcium.


Goat's milk: milk this one is often recommended as a substitute for cow's milk for those who are sensitive to lactose. goat's milk has anti-inflammatory compounds that good. in addition, calcium in it will protect the intestinal cells, preventing bone loss, and migraine-free. This routine proved drinking lowers the risk of breast cancer up to 45%. vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is involved in producing energy. and, potassium can prevent high blood pressure, while reducing the risk of stroke.

Horse's milk: this one animal can provide a lot of good effects for the body if taken. among them are: good for the metabolic system, digestive tract, and help those who have liver problems. horse milk can also help increase the vitality of the drinker and enhance the immune system. therefore, drink a milk horse after surgery or severe illness can help the healing process faster.

Nutritional: 100 grams of horse milk contains 44 calories; 4.1% fat; 0.8% protein.



2. NABATI MILK

Soy milk: soy protein has a high number of all types of nuts, which is 35-40%. nutritional quality of protein is also very good and equivalent to meat protein. soy milk, now a sought-after communities. some of the reasons is: do not contain lactose, a protein that does not cause allergies, low-fat, cholesterol-free. and contains the antidote cancer isoflavones. this is what makes soy milk is often used as a substitute for cow's milk ice cream, sour milk (soygurt).

menurut saiya semua jenis susu baik untuk kesehatan, tapi kalau minumnya harus seperti gambar diatas ngeri juga takut ke injek sama sapi.

The image is revoltingly gross, but I guess it will serve as a good advertisement of "Let's drink milk" campaign. It's true, Indonesian milk consumption is unexpectedly low. Drinking milk is one easy way to get healthy and productive. We certainly need to make people realize how important it is to drink milk to stay healthy. Drinking milk is good but NOT directly from the cow's nipple. That's much too dangerous, unless you're ready to get kicked by the cow whose nipple you suck. ^_^
